Lakeland is currently actively recruiting for a Operations Analyst. As an Operations Analyst you will support our global operations by collecting, analyzing, and reporting data from multiple platforms and resources.  This role is critical for enhancing operational efficiency and providing actionable insights to senior management. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Data Collection and Analysis - gather data from our global locations through ERP systems, Salesforce, and other platforms such as expense management, cost tracking, and productivity tools
  • Prepare regular reports and dashboards to provide insights into key operational metrics such as expenses, costs, KPIs, and productivity
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across systems, identifying and resolving discrepancies
  • Work closely with Operations, Finance, and other departments to ensure timely access to data, aligning reporting with company goals and strategies
  • Develop methods to track and measure KPIs across different locations and departments, providing insights for performance improvement
  • Identify opportunities for improving data collection processes, leveraging automation and AI tools to enhance efficiency
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 3+ years experience in data analysis, preferably within an operational or supply chain environment
  • Proficient in ERP systems (e.g. Sage, SAP) and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Strong Excel skills and experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Power Bill)
  • Knowledge of data extraction, cleansing, and analysis techniques
  •  Strong problem solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets and generate actionable insights
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present data clearly to nontechnical stakeholders
  • High level of accuracy in managing and analyzing data
  • Familiarity with AI and automation tools, preferred
  • Bilingual preferred - English and Spanish and/or Chinese Mandarin
