About the position:
- To continuously improve the customer service & cost efficiency, and in line with Global Lean Management strategy implementation, the role is responsible to roll out Lean six sigma and Industrial Engineering methodologies in Europe manufacturing sites and related up/down streams.
- As one member of EU L.L.M executive team, the role is to support global manufacturing excellence strategy to achieve excellent cost, efficiency and effectiveness, automation, digitalization, people skill up and V.A.L.U.E continuous improvement culture.
- The role is to collaborate with Europe manufacturing leaders and global manufacturing excellence team.
- Develop, lead, support and implement Lean six sigma and process improvement projects across local factories, including order to delivery process, inventory reduction, material logistics and layout improvement, etc.
- Facilitate VSM workshop and work with local L.S.S champion maintain the project hopper, focus on achieving annual saving cost by VSM, L.S.S and Kaizen.
- Facilitating reginal L.S.S projects, monitoring, and reporting project status
- Facilitate, train, and coach team members in the use of Lean Six Sigma tools.
- Level up automation and digital by industrial engineering methods.
- Promote and instill a culture of continuous improvement within regional teams and departments.
- Others urgent Ad-hoc jobs from supervisor
- Bachelor or above Degree in industries engineering, mechanical engineering is preferred.
- At least 5 years experience in a related manufacturing field and industry.
- Profound knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, TPS, Operational excellence and I.E.
- Project management skills and Data analysis skills
- Strong communications skills and changing management mindset.
- Proficient English skills in verbal and written.
- Strong commitment and responsibility to deliver tangible values to the business & customer.
