We are seeking a Salesforce Administrator with a solid understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud to join our growing Sales Operations team. The Salesforce Administrator will work collaboratively with a wide range of teams across Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Marketing, and Operations to implement key strategic and operational initiatives.

Whether you’re instrumenting key sales performance metrics or thinking through our go-to-market tactics, your work will have a direct impact on Lakeland’s business performance globally. This role will report to the Director Revenue Operations and be in Huntsville, Al.
REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Maintain and support Salesforce across multiple business units, including configuration and optimization of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
o Ensuring data integrity, security, user accessibility, and effective use of page layouts, record types, and automation tools (Flows, Validation Rules, etc.)
o Create and manage users, roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules to align with business requirements.
· Collaborate with the Director of Revenue Operations and other Stakeholders to implement system updates, enhancements, and process improvements.
· Build and update reports, dashboards, and list views to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
· Support the sales, service, and marketing teams in process training, front line user support, and process efficacy
· Drive special projects and provide analytical support to business leaders
· Act as a trusted thought partner to a range of cross-functional stakeholders across Lakeland
· Partner with your colleagues to develop new processes to improve data integrity. Collaborate with global business units to ensure sales data accuracy and timely delivery
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
· Bachelor’s degree in a related field
· 3+ years of experience in Sales Ops, Sales Administration or in a similar role. 7+ years of experience required in lieu of Bachelor’s degree
· Strong understanding of Salesforce, ERP and Sales Administration concepts
· Strong Data Quality, Data Governance and Data Management experience
· Excellent command of Excel (lookups, pivots, formulas) and high degree of confidence with handling and analyzing large data sets
· Ability to frame business problems, design, and execute analyses to inform solutions, and communicate insights with a bias towards action
· Strong project management experience with demonstrated ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines with little supervision

· SAP S4 Hana experience
· Salesforce Certifications
· Experience in the PPE Industry
